Inspired by Bridget, an Essex pig living in a nearby animal sanctuary, it has a delicate pale pink hue, just like her snout. Dry and well-rounded, with notes of raspberries, cream, and a hint of white pepper, its small, persistent bubbles give an elegant, playful mouthfeel, making it a delightful sip for any occasion.
