At DELLI, we want you to love every bite, but due to the perishable nature of our independent food products, we can only accept returns on non-perishable items or damaged goods. If your order isn't quite right, please reach out to our support team within 14 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Check Eligibility
Verify that your item is non-perishable or arrived damaged; please note that fresh produce and opened pantry staples cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and clear photos of any damaged packaging or incorrect items to initiate the claim.
- 3.Package Your Return
If approved, securely pack the non-perishable items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they reach our makers safely.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once the maker receives and inspects the return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
