Classic 58: Loose Leaf Black Tea

Picked in early April in Fengqing, China, this Yunnan black tea is sun-withered and traditionally processed in small batches. The result is a balanced, full-bodied tea with top flavors of malt sugar, red grape skin and dried rose, layered over a base of toasted grain, rye crust and sweet tobacco.
