Organic Radiatori Pasta

An organic plain pasta, named after old-fashioned steam radiators. The shape is versatile and suits a variety of sauces: the curves are great for capturing thick, meaty sauces, however the outer ridges are equally able to hold on to simpler sauces with thinner consistencies.
