Hackney Hotty Sauce

Fermented pepper sauce with a fruity tang, its best served with almost anything, perfect with Dough Hands pizza (of course!) but stick it on your eggs, dip a toastie in it, chuck it all over your stir fry, there's not much it doesn't improve!
