Croissant, Chocolate And Hazelnut Biscotti

Grain and Hearth's Croissant, Chocolate, and Hazelnut Biscotti is a simple twist on biscotti, made using their all-butter croissants. They are made by dipping croissant slices in a cream and sugar mixture, slow-baking until caramelised and crunchy, and finally dipping the biscuits in dark chocolate and sprinkling with hazelnuts. Sweet and cereal-milk-like in flavour, snack on these with tea or coffee for a perfect sweet pick-me-up or breakfast.
