Long Mei: Loose Leaf Green Tea

Picked in early spring from a high-altitude garden in Zhenyuan, China, this small-batch green tea is harvested when buds and leaves are at their most delicate. The tea opens with soft fruity notes — dried apricot, orchid, sugar snap pea — before blending into flavours of toasted rice, nori broth and sesame paste.
