Anchovy Sambal

A rich, savoury chilli sauce made with whole anchovies and belacan for deep umami flavour. Balanced with tamarind and garlic, this is the mildest sambal in the range. Pour generously over rice as part of your Nasi Lemak. Also goes great with eggs, pizza and cheese sandwiches!
