Red Hot Sambal Tumis

Rempapa Spice Co. uses only natural ingredients in their time-tested South East Asian family recipes. Sambal tumis are chilli pastes that have been slowly fried to help develop a rich flavour. This red hot version uses dried red chilli and tamarind for an intense taste. Stir through noodles or use with the classic nasi lemak/laksa.
